We are running two information evenings for older Guides (aged 13 and above), Rangers and Young Leaders on Thursday 22^nd September and Thursday 29^th September.

The venue is Adventure Medlock (Active Tameside), Gardenfold Way, Droylsden, Manchester M43 7XU

The sessions will run from 6pm to 8pm but participants will need to attend a briefing at 5:45pm.  A snack and drink will be provided but this will not constitute a full meal.

The evenings will have two elements

1. A free sporting activity (Clip and climb)
2. A chance to find out more about opportunities for their age group.  This will include:
   1. International opportunities
   2. Service crew at Seven Springs campsite
   3. Duke of Edinburgh Award
   4. Queen’s Guide award
   5. Moving from Guides to Rangers and/or becoming a Young Leader
   6. For those 17 and over, a chance to learn more about Inspire (the group for those aged 18-30)

The sessions are free, but they do need to be booked.  Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of completed consent forms.

You will need to arrange transport to and from the venue and parents can stay if it’s easier.
